Our Contribution to the Environment

We minimize the impact to the environment, and work on the carbon neutral to build the sustainable future for the next generation. As a part of it, we actively introduce photovoltaic panels. Photovoltaic panels are source of renewable energy. Using the clean energy reduces the CO2 emission, and it is essential as an action to the global warming and environmental pollution. Not to mention the awareness and actions by each organization, the whole group of ourselves works to solve the problem and contribute to create the sustainable environment.

Expand manufacturing of DAITO PRESS Mfg. to worldwide

DAITO PRESS Mfg. sets up and runs factories in China and Thailand, create the employment, and pass down the manufacturing techniques. We accept trainees from growing countries, let them learn our techniques, and support their success in the global field.

INTERVIEW

I started working in DAITO PRESS Mfg. as a technical trainee in 2016, and now work as a permanent staff. I came to Japan because I had always wanted to live in Japan that is one of advanced nations, safe and good access from China. I could not speak the language when I came, and could not tell what I wanted to say. That was my tough time. But in this company, people teach me nicely, so I have been learning the work with some relief and am willing to keep working here. I am studying to pass the “Specified Skill II” for the certificate of eligibility.

INTERVIEW

I came to Japan as a technical trainee because I like safe environment, culture and politeness by people in Japan. I had tough time for feeling the language barrier when I came to Japan for first time. I overcame the tough time because many people in DAITO PRESS Mfg. were kind enough to help my problem at work. I will make more effort to step up from technical trainee to Specified Skilled Worker, would like to use what I have experienced for this company.

INTERVIEW

I have a language barrier, but I feel nice atmosphere in the office, it is good to see people helping and respecting each other. The working condition and the support for living are good, my Japanese improves little by little. I enjoy working and learning here, so I appreciate to the company. In the future, I hope to work for Japanese company in Vietnam and use the techniques and knowledge that I learned here, also want to continue working in Japan with aiming to get Specified Skilled (II). Once I get Specified Skilled (II), I would like to bring my family to Japan and live together.
